Founded in 2011, Kemlad Consult has grown from a boutique consultancy into a respected name in Nigerian quantity surveying practice. Headquartered in Abeokuta, Ogun State with project offices across Southwest Nigeria, we serve public sector, private developer and institutional clients — and are now establishing a Canadian arm in Toronto.
We are duly registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) and are proud members of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS). Our combined team experience covers residential housing, public infrastructure, commercial development and civil engineering works.
